Larry S. Persons

Founder and CEO

Author of the groundbreaking book, The Way Thais Lead: Face as Social Capital (2016), Larry is a leadership development expert specializing in multicultural contexts. With over 35 years of experience living and working in Thailand, Larry has exceptional command of the Thai language and an insider’s understanding of Thai culture. He holds a PhD in Intercultural Studies and teaches “Culturally Intelligent Leadership” to EMBA students at Sasin Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University.

Ginny Persons


A marketing and business development expert, Ginny has 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies with 19 years at the director level. She holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management. Ginny has worked cross-culturally in India, China, Mexico, Central America, South America and Europe.
